I really enjoy your attention to the focus. Her face is so clear, the rest is contrasted to make it pop.

I'm curious to what you use for drawing these. Especially the brush settings, as i get a new capcom/street fighter esk ink blotting style :3

Nothing fancy, i used the basic hard edge round brush, oppacity and brush size set to tip pressure and control your hand pressure while you are drawing. I used photoshop cs5
